Can you guarantee an outcome? Absolutely not, and anyone who gives you such a guarantee is misleading you. We also have familiarity with the judges that you will appear in front of, an advantage that ensures the best representation you can get.
Do I really need a lawyer? We need to discuss the specifics of your case before we can answer this question. Then we’ll give you a straight answer. We can and do tell people all the time that their situation may not justify hiring a lawyer.
How much does a consultation cost? There is no charge for a consultation on a criminal or traffic case.
How do I schedule a consultation? Just call to set up an appointment. We can meet in person or over the phone, whatever works best for you.
If you’re so good, why do you need to advertise? The cases we handle are sensitive in nature. While we get a large percentage of our business from referrals and previous clients, people with no prior involvement in the criminal justice system often don’t know what to do. They don’t feel comfortable asking family or friends for advice and have no one to turn to. That’s why we choose to advertise; we want to make sure that you are aware of the opportunity to discuss your case with an experienced criminal defense attorney at no charge to you.
How much is it going to cost to hire you? After your consultation we’ll tell you exactly how much it will cost to handle your case. When you hire us to defend you in a criminal or traffic matter that price is guaranteed in writing. There will never be any hidden costs, charges or other surprises.
What about payment? We accept cash, checks, money orders, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. We’re also willing to work with you to set up a payment plan.
